By accessing and using GALION's platforms (galion.app, galion.studio, developer.galion.app), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GALION provides AI-powered services including voice AI assistants, content generation, and complete AI development tools through three platforms. Services are provided on a subscription basis (galion.app) or pay-as-you-go credit system.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create using GALION. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.

7. AI Training

We may use anonymized usage data and interactions to improve our AI models. You can opt out of AI training in your account settings. Voice recordings used for training are fully anonymized.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required for legal compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

GALION is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Pricing

Our universal credit system operates as follows:

  • 1 credit = $0.10 USD
  • Credits work across all three platforms
  • Credits do not expire
  • galion.app offers a free tier with basic features
  • Paid subscriptions provide additional credits monthly
  • Refunds available within 30 days for subscription plans

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GALION services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use services for any illegal or unethical purposes
